About the Role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker / Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, bespoke care to private clients in their own homes across Rutland—supporting independence, lifestyle choice, and wellbeing.
You’ll typically support the same clients, allowing you to build trusted, meaningful relationships.
* Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
* Medication assistance and wellbeing monitoring
* Meal preparation and light household support
* Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social outings
* Encouraging independence and maintaining routines
* Providing companionship and reassurance
This is not rushed care — it’s relationship-based, person-centred support.
About You
You’ll be someone who naturally delivers care with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. We’re looking for:
* A kind, patient, and respectful approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability and commitment to high standards
* Experience in domiciliary or senior care (preferred)
* Pride in representing a premium care provider
* A UK driving licence and your own car
