Overview
* Full‑time equivalent: £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
* Permanent contract – 18.5 to 36.75 hours per week
* Full‑time, Part‑time or Job Share options
* Location: B&Q Aintree, Liverpool, England
What's the job?
* Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment.
* Oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
* Ensure operations run smoothly and colleagues serve to ‘make every customer count’.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain store safety at all times.
