What you will be doing
* Completing a structured 2-year Graduate Development Programme
* Learning how control, electrical and instrumentation systems are designed and delivered
* Supporting the design, analysis and verification of engineering systems
* Managing defined work packages with guidance from senior engineers
* Gaining exposure to installation, testing and commissioning activities
* Working across multiple departments to understand the full project lifecycle
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll be based near Chester, working for a specialist engineering company operating in the Nuclear Industry. The programme includes structured rotations and, at times, travel to other UK and European sites to support your development.
What you’ll need
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Control Systems, Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
* On track for a 2:1 degree or above
* An interest in becoming a Chartered Engineer
* A practical, hands‑on approach to engineering
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* IT literacy across common engineering software tools
* Flexibility to travel and work on sites when required
* Additional language skills (French, Dutch or German) would be useful, but not essential
