We are looking for a Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our incredible team
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds themselves to extremely high standards and is fully aligned to our 'warm strict' approach by being firm, fair and always supportive.
* Sweats the small stuff, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard with precision and care.
* Communicates with radical candour by being honest, direct and always with the best interests of the team and those we serve in mind.
In this role, you will work 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
