Our home provides personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care, all delivered by a dedicated team of professionals who are truly passionate about care and the wellbeing of others. Contract details 12.70 per hour 500 welcome bonus, paid in two instalments: 250 after three months of service and 250 after six months of service. Full and part time available Paid PVG, Free uniform Pension scheme 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours) What You Will Do You will provide warm, person-centred care that supports each resident to live well every day. From helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting residents during meals or engaging them in activities and conversation, you will bring comfort, companionship and dignity to those you care for. You will also support our team in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and always be alert to any changes in a resident's health or wellbeing. About You Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, we are looking for individuals who are: Caring and compassionate Respectful and patient Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team Passionate about providing excellent care A qualification such as Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential we will support the right person to train and succeed.
