This position suits someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Documentation & ComplianceAssist in preparing RA/MS and O&M manualsEnsure documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to dateDigital Systems & Information ManagementUpload and manage drawings and documents on client portals (training provided)Maintain version control and distribute updated files correctlyInbox MonitoringMonitor inboxes for assigned Project ManagersFlag urgent or time-sensitive communicationsEscalate early signs of client dissatisfaction to the Sector DirectorProject Continuity SupportMaintain workflow during PM travel or absenceLiaise with the Design and Install Manager to coordinate ongoing tasksCriteria:Previous experience in a project support role.Experience in production environments.Commercial awareness - understanding of margins, cost control and project profitability.Experience supporting Project Managers with project coordinationFamiliarity with RA/MS and O&M documentationIf this sounds like the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you!
