The role
As an Survival Equipment Supervisor you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is an interesting, dynamic, and rewarding role utilising specialist skill whilst operating within a small team, albeit being part of a much bigger international organisation.
Day-to-day, you’ll act as a lead on any SE investigations, as well as:
1. Assist in the ground movement of aircraft and flight line operations if needed.
2. Mentor new starters
3. Ensure all survival equipment is issued and fitted to meet the customers’ needs.
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Benson
Essential experience of the Survival Equipment Supervisor:
4. AV-MED
5. Q-SE-AC (Helmet Fitting)
6. Ability to work flexibly individually and as part of a team.
7. Always promotes best practice.
Qualifications for the Survival Equipment Supervisor:
8. RAF Safety Equipment Course or civilian equivalent.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
