Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our team in Sparsholt, Winchester, to support nurseries across the area. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and entry-level candidates to work in Early Years settings, with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities
Creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development
Assisting with daily routines, learning activities, and play to support the holistic development of children
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare
Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging activities and lessons to meet the needs of children
Required Skills & Experience
Passion for childcare and Early Years education, with a willingness to learn and develop
Empathetic and proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one, to ensure the safety and well-being of children
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, with a commitment to providing high-quality childcare
