Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Chesterfield, MI for a Business Account Manager. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing business accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
The role involves regular consultation with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. A key aspect is to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Qualifications
* Account management, client relationship management and customer service skills
* Sales, negotiation and business development experience
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
* Experience in the technology or retail industry is a plus
