* Define and design the FP&A Target Operating Model (processes, organization, governance, technology)
* Assess current-state FP&A maturity and identify improvement opportunities
* Develop operating model blueprints covering central, business unit, and GBS/BPO layers
* Align FP&A model with enterprise strategy, finance vision, and digital roadmap
Process Transformation
* Redesign core FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting)
* Drive standardization, simplification, and harmonization across regions and functions
* Improve planning cycles, reduce turnaround times, and enhance accuracy
* Implement best practices such as driver-based planning and rolling forecasts
GBS/BPO Integration
* Define the role of GBS/shared services and outsourcing within FP&A TOM
* Identify activities suitable for centralization or outsourcing
* Support transition design, knowledge transfer, and service delivery models
* Establish SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
