Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: £13.69 - £16 per day + £66 per sleep-in
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a children’s residential provider in Grantham to look for a Residential Support Worker / RSW. This therapeutic group has homes that house 2 to 7 children and young people aged 7–18, diagnosed with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties), SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), or complex trauma.
We are seeking a Residential Support Worker / RSW to work full-time on a 2 on 4 off shift pattern. Our residential provider adopts a child-focused ethos, emphasizing safety, security, consistency, and respecting children’s wishes.
The ideal Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:
* Experience working with therapeutic models such as P.A.C.E.
* Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce qualification or willingness to achieve it.
* Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviors or trauma.
* A ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Flexibility with shifts.
