SEND Teacher | Maths Specialism | Worcester

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEND Teacher for an established Worcester specialist school that doesn't believe in "one size fits all." This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm role where the school invests in you as much as you invest in the pupils.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
* Tailoring the National Curriculum: Delivering high standards but doing it with the flexibility that SEMH needs require.
* Closing the Gap: Using those modern facilities to prepare students for the real world-focusing on life skills as much as academics.
* Adapting on the Fly: Switching your teaching style mid-lesson because a student's "learning trajectory" just changed.
