Hours:18:00 06:00 (3 on 3 off)
Pay Rate:£12.60 per hour + £3.39 per hour night shift allowance
We are currently seeking a reliable and professionalGatehouse Receptionist (Nights)to join our team. This is an important front-facing role responsible for maintaining site access control, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the smooth running of gatehouse operations during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular patrols of the site
* Monitor CCTV systems
* Assist with search procedures
* Answer incoming telephone calls
* Provide first aid support and liaise with emergency services, helping to coordinate emergency activity
* Receive deliveries (including tankers and parcels)
* Book in visitors and contractors upon arrival
* Complete essential administrative forms (absence logs, key records, etc.)
* Issue and manage keys within the building
* Control access to offices, buildings, and gates
* Carry out any other duties as required
