We've got a fantastic role for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our client on a high end site based in Liverpool Street! As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure all relevant works are carried out on electrical and mechanical systems (PPM and reactive maintenance), liaise and book in contractors, troubleshoot / fault find on systems, liaise with the client and respond to their needs.
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G/EAL/NVQ or equivalent), at least 5 years experience working within commercial maintenance, and a good understanding of commercial M&E systems.
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

2. Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
