Partner with the best As a Mud Logger, you will be working on real time geological analysis of drilled cutting samples, creating formation analysis logs in conjunction with the wellsite geologist, packing / manifesting samples for dispatch & maintaining / calibrating the Baker Hughes gas system. In this role you will be: Working under minimal supervision to provide day-to-day wellsite work and activities. Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate. Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s)and/or service(s). Evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor (where appropriate), local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met. Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism. Executing other related duties as assigned. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Surface Logging Systems applications at the well site. Expected to work in challenging drilling and logging environments and to provide complex solutions to the Customer. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Technical Degree - preferably in Geosciences. Industry experience in a similar position. Strong communication and inter-personal skills; excellent customer awareness. Ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a strong team member, and demonstrate leadership capability.
