A Bit About You
* Proven experience in wholesale coffee sales (or similar).
* Hands‑on barista experience (essential)—you understand what customers need.
* A strong understanding of the speciality coffee industry.
* A personable, confident, and genuinely passionate approach to quality coffee.
* Self‑motivation and the ability to manage your own workload.
* Residence within easy reach of our Southampton roastery.
* A full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
A Bit About the Role
This role is initially three days a week and involves:
* Identifying and approaching potential wholesale partners (cafés, hospitality, retail, office).
* Presenting our coffee offering, organising tastings, and converting leads into long‑term customers.
* Managing and supporting existing wholesale relationships.
* Acting as a brand ambassador and sharing our unique story.
* Liaising with our roastery to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Gathering customer feedback and spotting opportunities for improvement.
* Maintaining simple records of leads, activity, and partner feedback.
* Communicating with and being part of our team, helping to maintain a positive working environment.
