This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading all aspects of financial control, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow.
2. Producing accurate monthly reporting with insightfulmentary across multiple revenue streams.
3. Managing statutory accounts, audit processes, andpliance with UK accounting standards and HMRC requirements.
4. Supporting pricing, margin analysis, and investment decisions with robust financial modelling.
5. Driving improvements in cashflow, working capital, and financial systems.
6. Strengthening controls and leading process enhancements to support scalability.
7. Managing and developing a small finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
About youWe’re seeking a dynamic and strategic finance professional with a recognised professional qualification ( CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and a strong track record in senior financial management in SME/owner-managed businesses. Experience in the manufacturing, hospitality, retail or another product-based sector is ideal, but we also weemercially focused professionals who can quickly adapt to the nuances of this industry.You’ll be an inspiring team leader with a collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of guiding a small, high-performing finance team. Yourmercial acumen and ability to navigateplex multi-site projects will be key to your success.
