Your new role As the Sexual Violence Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will act as the first point of contact for individuals, agencies and stakeholders accessing the organisation's Rape and Sexual Violence Services.This is a pivotal administrative and frontline support role where you will: Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with sensitivity, professionalism and care Coordinate referrals, gather key information and organise initial assessments Maintain accurate records on the case management system Allocate clients to the appropriate counsellor, advisor or specialist worker Liaise daily with multi‑agency partners, including safeguarding hubs Ensure timely responses to all referrals and communications Support the wider service with data entry, organisation and general administration Assist in onboarding and training new team membersWorking hours are 22.5 per week, Wednesday to Friday (9am-5pm),...
