at the Holiday Inn London - Luton Airport.

located just a short walk from the airport terminal, we offer 124

delivering exceptional service in an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
As
Front Office Manager you will oversee the smooth and
efficient running of the Reception and Night operation ensuring that maximum sales
and revenues are achieved whilst adhering to both brand standards and
department operating procedures.
You
will ensure all health and safety requirements are met whilst training and
developing the team to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a team player with strong
leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent
team member and customer service skills, proficiency in IT systems and the Opera
property management system.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of
experience as a Reception or Night Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
