AeroProfessional Limited is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in a fast-paced aviation recruitment environment. This is an office-based role with normal working hours, offering clear progression opportunities within the aviation sector.
About the Role
Starting basic salary up to £25K, rising to £27.5k after probation. With Commission, OTE is £32.5k+ (depending on performance). You will work in the heart of the aviation candidate community, building relationships to find and secure roles for aviation professionals across the globe. Responsibilities cover roles across pilots, cabin crew, engineers, C‑level executives and other aviation workers, with progression toward becoming an industry sector specialist, aviation consultant or team leader. You must be dynamic and entrepreneurial to work against targets, tight timeframes and complex requirements.
Responsibilities
* Sourcing and selection of candidates using internal and external tools (internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms)
* Building your network with candidates and airline operators to obtain recommendations, new business and industry insights
* Maintaining communication with candidates from initial enquiries and pre-screening to document collation/verification and telephone interviews
* Coordinating assessment centres globally and managing candidates and clients across continents during the recruitment process
* Supporting client relationships to ensure delivery and contribute toward monthly bonuses
* Generating business leads for the sales team through your candidate network
* Representing company values to provide a strong candidate experience through events, surveys and networking
Required Skills / Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
* Strong work ethic and resilience under targets and pressure
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff at all levels
* Right to live and work in the UK
