Bath Brew House is a proper pub with personality. We brew our own beer on site, serve it fresh from the tanks, and pair it with hearty, crowd-pleasing food that keeps people coming back. Think locals, craft beer lovers, big weekends, buzzing gardens, and packed Sunday roasts.

The Role
As Head Chef at Bath Brew House, you’ll have full ownership of the kitchen and the freedom to shape the menu while staying true to the pub’s identity.
You’ll be responsible for:
6. Leading and developing a happy, motivated kitchen team
7. Creating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients
8. Delivering consistently great food at volume
9. Owning GP, stock control, and kitchen standards
10. Managing our main kitchen and our brand new burger shack in the garden
11. Making Bath Brew House a destination for food as well as beer
About You
You’re a Head Chef (or a very ready Senior Sous) who:
12. Loves cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
13. Thrives in a busy pub kitchen
14. Enjoys developing people as much as developing dishes
15. Cares about consistency, standards, and great hospitality
