Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business in various operational activities. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
* Degreasing Components
* Chemical Cleaning and Processing
* Assembly of matrix components
* Operating Heat Treatment Ovens
* Operating Drop Quench Ovens
* Goods Receiving
* Stores picking and supply to production line
* Dispatch / Packing Material
* Operating Machines
* TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance)
* EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance)
* The right applicant will be trained in all necessary disciplines of all processes and EH&S
* The applicant must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required.
Minimum Requirements:
* Good level of numeracy and literacy.
* Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.
* Working to a high level of accuracy.
* Attention to detail.
* Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required.
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
* Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive, and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organization.
* To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
* Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator at all levels.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure.
