The Role
As a Telesales Account Manager, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help businesses maximise their digital marketing performance.
You’ll focus on building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored digital solutions that drive measurable ROI.
This is far more than transactional telesales. It’s a consultative, relationship-led role where you can genuinely influence client success while developing your own career and earnings.
DUTIES
* Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio to exceed retention and revenue targets
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across a range of digital marketing solutions
* Conduct strategic account reviews using performance insights and campaign data
* Build strong client relationships and become a trusted business partner
* Develop and implement account growth plans to maximise long-term valueWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking through CRM systems
Criteria
* Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Previous experience in telesales, account management, or consultative sales
* Understanding of digital marketing or online advertising (or the ability to learn quickly)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently
* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities

Working Hours
* Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
