About the role
Within this Family Solicitor position, your duties will include:
Handling your own caseload of divorce, child arrangement, financial settlements and TOLATA matters
Advising clients with sound and professional advice within family disputes
Representing clients in Court when necessary
Drafting all relevant legal documents, agreements and court applications
Negotiating settlements
Taking part in Business Development Initiatives locally

About You
The successful candidate for this Family Solicitor position will ideally have at least 2+ years PQE within this area of law, can work well independently, has excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure. Previous advocacy experience within Family Law is desirable but not essential.
This position would suit a Family Solicitor either at the start of their career looking to build their network locally, or a more established Family Solicitor with a following of clients. This law firm will consider a Solicitor up to Partner level for this role.
