Job Description
* Engage with potential clients to promote products and services
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
* Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
* Participate in team meetings and sales training
* Keep a record of calls and sales, and note useful information in the database
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Executive should have:
* A background in sales or customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Proficiency in using computer software like MS Office
* Problem-solving skills
* Confidence and determination to meet sales targets
