Join us as a Retail Media Project and Development Manager and you'll be a big part of this.
What's the job?
* Manage and monitor the successful delivery of all approved projects within the roadmap.
* Lead and co-ordinate with stakeholders during the project discovery, implementation, review, and completion phases to ensure effective project implementations.
* Develop and implement project frameworks, processes, and controls to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with all requirements.
* Manage stakeholder and governance forum updates regarding in-delivery and completed projects.
* Coordinate with RM, tech, UX and all relevant stakeholders on the pilot & launch as well as the BAU handover process agreed upon at project commencement and ensure effective delivery into the business.
* Ensure weekly/monthly reporting on all projects alongside operational implementation reviews to drive continual improvements.
* Lead in sharing project best practices and continual improvement feedback for future projects and for the continuous improvement of our Retail Media operations.
* Actively involved in prioritisation, capacity, and resource planning of the roadmap.
* Project manage individual initiatives as necessary.
What we need:
* Proven track record of implementing new business concepts within a large organisation
* Strong practical experience in project management through managing large, complex and multiple workstreams
* Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience of working cross functionally and with third parties to deliver change
* Ability to design, implement and monitor program governance controls
