Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service.
* Ensure consistency and timing standards while following recipes.
* Expand your culinary skills to elevate team performance.
* Oversee a kitchen section during daily service (rotating for personal development).
* Prepare and cook specific portions of plated meals.
* Assist with food preparation, marinating, cutting, and pre-cooking.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated section.
* Support fellow chefs and apprentices, delegating tasks as needed.
* Execute cooking quickly and efficiently to our high standards.
* Actively seek improvement and advancement in your skills and performance.

Working Hours:
* Earliest: 6:00 AM (on rare occasions when covering breaks), otherwise 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
* Latest: 10:00 PM (extended to 10:30 PM for final desserts).
* Full-Time: Permanent, 40 hours per week.
* Work Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Requirements and Skills:
* Prior experience in high-end hotels, restaurants, or high-volume establishments.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
