An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced district nurse to work within the West Dunbartonshire HSCP District Nursing Team at The Vale Centre for Health and Care. The successful applicant will have a Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification.
The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering safe and effective person-centred care.
The post holder must be able to evidence excellent clinical leadership and change management skills. It is essential for the post holder to demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to inspire, empower and motivate their team. It is essential that the successful candidate is a car owner/driver or has access to a car.
