Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 + Benefits

The Role
* Lead and develop a regional HSE team (4-6 direct reports).
* Act as the go‑to specialist for all things Health, Safety & Environmental across property services, development and neighbourhoods.
* Drive risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Own incident reporting, investigation quality and stakeholder coaching.
* Deliver strategic HSE programmes aligned to our “Everyone Safe & Well” vision.
* Represent HSE at senior meetings and external forums.
What’s required from you
* Strong track record in HSE leadership roles.
* NEBOSH L6 Diploma (or equivalent) + environmental qualification.
* Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and coach.
* Experience shaping policies, raising standards and driving cultural change.
* A proactive mindset and the energy to make things happen.
