Head of Delivery - Digital Products | Circa. £110,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (Leamington Spa)

The Role
We're recruiting for a Head of Delivery to take ownership of digital product deployments across a growing client base. The role focuses on the successful implementation of two flagship platforms, supporting operational transformation and workforce optimisation across key industries.
You'll manage a team of Deployment Leads and play a hands-on role in client engagement, product configuration, user testing, training, and post-implementation support. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Deployment & Change and will be central to driving product success from concept through to delivery and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead end-to-end delivery of digital product implementations across multiple clients
·Own project charters, delivery plans, risk logs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
·Coordinate UAT, training programmes, hypercare, and client handover
·Manage and mentor Deployment Leads across a busy programme portfolio
·Ensure product development aligns with client needs, working closely with Product and Tech teams
·Represent Delivery in cross-functional strategic initiatives and new business bids
·Champion a high-performance, values-led delivery culture across the team
What We're Looking For
·Proven track record in deploying SaaS or digital platforms across diverse client environments
·Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and SDLC processes
·Experience managing delivery teams in a structured, pace-driven environment
·Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
·Commercially aware with an ability to support client growth and pre-sales activity
·Hands-on and detail-oriented - from writing user stories to overseeing hypercare and go-live
