️ Contracts Manager

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Package
The Opportunity
This is a key opportunity to join a growing partnerships housing contractor delivering high-volume residential schemes across the South East. You’ll manage multiple live projects while supporting new developments entering pre-construction.
You’ll work with local authorities, housing associations, and development partners, delivering homes that meet community needs with a focus on quality, programme certainty, and safety.
Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will:

Oversee 3–4 live housing developments at various build stages.

Lead site teams and support operational delivery from planning through handover.
*
Ensure programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.
*
Build effective relationships with partners, consultants, and client teams.
*
Review performance, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership.
*
Provide input during pre-construction and procurement stages.
*
Support leadership in driving standards and improving operational efficiency.
About You
*
Experience delivering multi-plot housing or partnerships schemes.
*
Strong track record with a contractor (stability is important).
*
Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
*
Sound understanding of contracts, commercial controls, and programming.
*
Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
*
Comfortable liaising with housing associations, local authorities, and development clients.
*
Full UK driving licence with regional travel expected.
