We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience.Main ResponsibilitiesLead regional management of Legionella and Asbestos compliance, setting expectations and ensuring robust control measuresOversee AP coverage across all technical disciplines, ensuring competence and consistencyMaintain and assure the FGAS register, ensuring accuracy and complianceProvide expert technical guidance on statutory regulations, standards, and best practiceSupport project delivery teams with technical specifications and subject matter expertiseConduct audits and drive continuous improvement, identifying risks and opportunitiesEnsure competent personnel are in place, and that compliance plans are delivered effectivelyThe Ideal CandidateYou don't need to be an SME in every discipline, but you do need a strong technical foundation and the confidence to guide others.Experience in one or more key compliance areas: asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gasStrong understanding of building services and statutory regulations (SFG20, CDM, Fire, Gas, etc.)Health & Safety knowledge at IOSH Managing Safely level or aboveConfident IT skills, ideally with experience using CAFM systems such as MaximoA quality‑driven mindset with experience in assurance and auditingStrong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving abilitiesDesirable QualificationsResponsible Person (Legionella)Responsible Person (Asbestos) or P405 qualificationWhy This Role MattersAs part of the Regional Leadership Team, you'll help set the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative working.
