The Role
* Based on a flagship new homes development in Kettering (Shared Ownership scheme).
* Managing enquiries, booking and conducting viewings.
* Lone working on site - perfect for a self-motivated property professional who likes managing your own diary.
* Thursday-Monday, 10am-5pm (two days off midweek)
* Weekly pay + £250 commission on every plot sold.
Who we're looking for:
* Background in estate agency, lettings, or property sales.
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
* Organised, professional, and confident working independently.
* Local knowledge of Kettering / Northamptonshire a bonus!
