You will work closely with the pastoral team, teaching staff and senior leadership to provide targeted intervention for pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with students, implement behaviour strategies and support pupils both within lessons and through structured interventions outside the classroom. You will play a vital role in promoting a calm, purposeful learning environment across the school.
