Description
As the Retail Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be a valued part of our Talent team and wider HR team, acting as the lead Talent point of contact for the Retail function, while supporting with sourcing exceptional talent for all Estee Lauder brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Talent Acquisition Resourcer/Advisor, passionate about Beauty, with expertise in identifying, attracting, and engaging talent. You will develop talent pipelines across locations, using a variety of tools and techniques.
What This Role Does
* Act as a subject matter expert on Retail recruitment, providing market insights.
* Partner with Retail HR Business Partners & Business Leaders to deliver an exceptional end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates & hiring managers within Retail.
* Build strong relationships with Area Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and wider Business to deliver great talent that meets individual brand criteria.
* Provide a pragmatic and proactive Retail Talent Acquisition service for all Estée Lauder Brands, delivering a high-quality, professional service to Hiring Managers and Candidates.
* Drive the hiring process for active requirements: vacancy briefing, screening applications, reviewing CVs, and conducting screening calls to shortlist candidates.
* Build awareness of the internal and external talent landscape for Retail, engaging with internal talent and maintaining awareness of potential internal moves.
* Create direct sourcing strategies for complex vacancies to build talent pipelines.
* Upskill hiring managers on Recruitment and Selection best practices.
* Support Talent Acquisition projects and improve process efficiencies.
* Assist brands with tools for Assessment Centers and attend Careers Fairs to enhance brand awareness and talent pipelines.
* Provide weekly recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.
* Continuously seek to improve performance, focusing on metrics such as quality of hire and time to hire, and suggest ways to increase candidate quality and diversity.
Qualifications
What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role
* Experience in in-house or agency recruitment at Resourcer/Advisor level, with strong head-hunting abilities, and expertise in volume and/or Retail management recruitment, up to Field Management level.
* Experience in Retail or hospitality environments, with a passion for the beauty industry.
* Ability to build strong relationships with Field Management and wider Business to deliver suitable talent.
* Understanding of how to create and market roles to attract the right candidates.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical skills to report and provide insights to stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Exceptional candidate management skills from attraction to onboarding.
* Strategic thinking to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders effectively.
* Strong influencing and networking skills, with an understanding of candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
