Interim Land & Property Surveyor Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Contract: 6 months (initially) Our client, a local authority in the West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Interim Land & Property Surveyor to support the management of the Council's diverse commercial property portfolio and to contribute to its asset management and regeneration programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered surveyor with experience in estate management, valuation, and land transactions to make an impact across a range of projects. Reporting to the Land & Property Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing acquisitions and disposals of land and property to support the Council's strategic goals. Supporting the Council's self-build initiative by acquiring suitable development sites and resolving site constraints. Acting as the Council's nominated property valuer, providing professional advice to internal teams and elected members. Supporting the delivery of the Council's Asset Management Plan and wider regeneration objectives.
