Religious Worker Tenure: Full Time – 30 hours per week (6 hours daily, 5 days weekly) Benefits: Flexible working hours The Religious Worker will support Grace to Grace International Centre in advancing its spiritual and community mission through youth engagement, pastoral support, and charitable outreach activities. The role involves working with young people, families, and community members through faith-based mentoring, worship support, organised group activities, and community programmes. The post holder will assist in delivering youth fellowships, discipleship sessions, evangelism, and foodbank support under the supervision of church leadership. This is a practical, community-facing role focused on promoting social wellbeing, moral guidance, and Christian values while contributing to the charity’s aim of fighting food poverty and improving quality of life within the local community, aligned with SOC 3221 and the Temporary Worker – Religious Worker route.
