Commercial Finance Business Partner – The Role
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll lead FP&A using forecasting, modelling and data insight to shape strategy, improve profitability and drive business performance.
* Own FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
* Deliver insight-led reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking
* Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, profitability and growth
* Build KPIs and generate actionable commercial insights
* Analyse and manipulate data to support decision-making
* Drive reporting automation, systems improvements and data quality
* Support audits, ESG reporting and key finance initiatives
* Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement
Commercial Finance Business Partner – What are we looking for?
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is preferrable, but would consider part-qualified with strong practical experience
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* Proven FP&A experience across forecasting and budgeting
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience improving systems, processes and reporting
* Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
