Overview
Client Executive - Public Sector (Housing) — Marsh Crooklands, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with remote work flexibility and occasional visits to Reading office to collaborate with the wider team. The Marsh Public Sector team delivers tailored insurance and risk management solutions to housing clients across the UK.
With over 25 years of experience serving the sector, we provide expert advice, innovative solutions and exceptional service to public sector and social housing providers.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of housing clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions
* Identify and develop strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs
* Lead and approve insurance program design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives
* Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers
* Host client and insurer meetings alongside specialist broker and client service teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
Qualifications
* Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong relationship-building and management abilities
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Desirable would-be additions
* Previous client-facing experience and a dynamic approach
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly as needed
* Knowledge and understanding of the public sector and social housing sector
* Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII
