CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Deputy General Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast City Centre.
Salary between £45, – £50, year along with bonus and staff benefits package.

2. Over 35 years in business with a reach in commercial, residential and retail business, employing over staff, and experienced in restoring and renovating listed heritage buildings.
The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Deputy General Manager will:
3. Work hand in hand with the GM, taking on the responsibility to make sure all departments and the wider business are ran effectively and efficiently, while also delivering a world-class customer experience.
The person:
4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
5. Able to manage, motivate and support a team.
6. Experience in recruitment, absence management, coaching/training, performance, appraisals and driving the highest standards across the hotel.
7. Risk assessment knowledge.
8. Solid history of experience in Hospitality.
9. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written along with excellent negotiation skills.
10. Solid organisational skills, the ability to plan and prioritise and work effectively to deadlines.

11. Salary up to £45, - £50, per year along with 10% bonus.
