If so, we'd love you to join our new e‑Rostering Team as one of our e‑Roster Officers. As an e‑Roster Officer, you'll play a key part in implementing our e‑Roster system and will support clinical and non‑clinical staff across the Trust to use it effectively. You'll provide high‑quality customer service, system expertise and training, ensuring rosters are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our Trust policies. You will act as a key contact for all e‑Rostering queries, helping staff navigate the system, resolving issues, maintaining user accounts and data, and ensuring the system runs efficiently day‑to‑day. You will also support the e‑Rostering Manager with documentation, intranet updates, auditing, and training delivery.
* Support the implementation of our new e‑Roster system across the Trust
* Provide frontline support and expert guidance to all users of the e‑Rostering system
* Create, amend and maintain user accounts, rosters, and system data
* Analyse roster information to resolve queries and elevate issues when needed
* Deliver training to new and existing users, including drop‑in sessions and refresher programmes
* Maintain documentation, support resources and Trust intranet pages
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks and improve system performance
* Participate in disaster recovery planning, audits and quality assurance processes
* Ensure compliance with Trust policies, confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety and GDPR requirements
This is a varied role requiring independence, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. Confidentiality and information security are paramount.
