Arcus FM is seeking a Customer Support Scheduler in Redditch to join their Central Operations Planning team. You will play a critical role by managing engineer schedules based on work orders received.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive, problem-solving, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The position requires flexibility, as the work hours are 7am – 7pm, across 7 days a week.
