Basic Salary up to £38,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
* Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems.
* Plan and respond to routine and re‑active call visits.
* Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
* Maintain stock levels with support from your team leader.
* Attend training sessions and engineering team meetings as required.
* Identify personal training and development needs to provide best customer service.
Systems
* Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C‑Tec, Protec
* Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
* CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
* Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto
* Emergency Lighting
* Fire Extinguishers
Qualifications
* Hold relevant industry qualifications.
* Proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
* Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Proficiency in fault finding and problem‑solving.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Flexible and able to work on‑call or overtime as required.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
