Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Please note, we have 2 x FTC until 31st March 2026 and 1 x Permanent position available.As part of this role, you will be required to work on a Saturday between the hours of 9am - 5pm on a rotational basis. Hours worked during this time will be toiled between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
