Maintenance Technician with experience as an Electrician to work across a number of sites in Hertfordshire. The role will require you to perform site inspections, repairs and general upkeep of buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure safety and functionality. Key duties: * Responding to repair requests * Conducting routine and preventative maintenance * Managing work orders and keeping detailed records of tasks performed * Maintaining equipment * Carry out plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs * Decorating of communal areas * Checking and maintaining safety features including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors Requirements for the role: * Technical experience to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and mechanical systems * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues * A full manual driving licence * Physical stamina, dexterity, and the ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces * Electrician qualification Alongside working your standard hours, you will be added to the on-call rota. Additional payment will be made for the occasions you are called out.
