Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Contracts Manager located in Armagh. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and managing vendor relationships. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with legal teams, and monitoring contract execution. The Contracts Manager will also be required to develop and implement contract management strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and review
* Strong understanding of contract laws and regulations
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in contract management software and tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
