Administrator opportunity now available within the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS). This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in the NIFRS Learning & Development Centre - Cookstown. The working hours are 36.25 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.54 per hour. The role will be within The Learning & Development Centre - Cookstown. Job duties will include acting as the first point of contact with switchboard responsibilities while providing high-quality customer service, delivering professional administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document preparation. You will also manage databases, records, mail, and information systems in line with GDPR and organisational policies. What We Need From You ? Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths ? 2 years experience of working in a demanding office environment, carrying out a range of business support tasks including scheduling and administrative support for meetings. ? OR Have at least 4 years experience of working in an office environment, carrying out a range of administrative tasks. ?
