A welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference to children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
*
Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties
*
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
*
Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
*
Helping pupils develop emotionally, socially and academically
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
*
A calm, patient and nurturing approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
*
Passionate about helping young learners thrive
