Theyre now looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand desk.
What Youll Be Doing
This is a true 360 role where youll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:
* Managing your own desk of daily drivers
* Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients
* Generating new business and growing your client base
* Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships
* Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers
* Conducting interviews and completing licence checks
* Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
* Handling all associated recruitment administration
What Youll Bring

* Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development
* Confidence managing a busy 360 desk
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards

* Experience within driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
