Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FCILEX / Licensed Conveyancer – Wokingham
An established and rapidly growing law firm in Wokingham is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding team.
The Role

* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
\t
* Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
\t
* Actively contribute to business development initiatives and networking opportunities to raise the profile of the team and firm.
\t
* Work within a collaborative, high-performing team environment with opportunities for career progression.
The Candidate
\t
* 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing.
\t
* Proven experience managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of residential property work.
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
\t
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
\t
* Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
\t
* Demonstrable business development experience is highly desirable.
